Dill Sauce
Pairs well with fish and potatoes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
2–3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, grated
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and black pepper
Method:
Combine mayonnaise and yoghurt in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Add chopped dill, garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Sauce Tartare
Pairs well with fish and potatoes
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
1 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1–2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Method:
Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, capers, parsley, and dill in a bowl.
Stir in Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper, adjusting lemon or mustard to taste.
