Parsley Sauce

Pairs well with grilled vegetables, fish, and stirred into soups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh parsley leaves, packed

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • salt & black pepper

Method:

  • Roughly chop the parsley and garlic so they blend evenly.

  • Combine parsley, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.

  • With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce becomes smooth and green.

  • Adjust seasoning with more lemon, salt, or pepper as needed.
