Parsley Sauce
Pairs well with grilled vegetables, fish, and stirred into soups
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh parsley leaves, packed
1 small garlic clove
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
salt & black pepper
Method:
Roughly chop the parsley and garlic so they blend evenly.
Combine parsley, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce becomes smooth and green.
Adjust seasoning with more lemon, salt, or pepper as needed.
